Shipping Policy:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours.
• Delivery: 2-4 business days for Metros; 5-7 business days for the rest of India.
• Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below this value.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Damage Claims: Please record an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and share it with us via WhatsApp if your jewellery arrives damaged.
• Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges only for items damaged during transit or if the wrong product was delivered.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless damaged upon arrival.
